The Alibaba DAMO Academy (Academy for Discovery, Adventure, Momentum and Outlook) is dedicated to exploring the unknown through scientific and technological research and innovation. The driving force behind the Academy is the pursuit of the betterment of humanity.
Machine intelligence has already been generating great impacts on our life while we are still used to the era shaped largely by information revolution and mobile internet. Advanced technologies, functioning like “magics”, are developed based on rules and trends spotted by human beings. Today, Alibaba DAMO Academy published The Top 10 Technology Trends in 2019. We hope that by grasping the pace of revolution of technologies, we can make better use of these “magics” and be in charge of our own future.
Alibaba’s solution is part hardware, part software: a far-field microphone array and sophisticated deep learning algorithms that isolate voices in a crowd, drastically reducing error rate.
You are cordially invited to our information sessions at Beijing University on October 16, and at the University of Science and Technology of China on October 18. Welcome to join us, seize the moment！
